Classes have been busy! We love getting to see you all a little more in April. Keep up the good work with the challenge. Don’t forget to log all of your workouts, even yoga and wreckshop. We are so impressed with your dedication and great attitudes!

CPM Olympic Lifting Class

Ask anyone who attended this class last week, it was a blast! Chris gave us some great tips on the snatch and will continue to work with us on it this week. Try to get it on your schedule. You will love it!

Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am!

We’ve already had some excellent feedback on the addition of an 8:30 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These classes will be co-ed. Tuesday will be the CPMFIT class and Thursday will be YogaFIT and Flow. YogaFIT and Flow is not your standard yoga class. Be prepared to sweat!

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. I normally don’t like to post personal videos on here but my daughter and her friend were singing karaoke the other day and it was so cute! Click HERE┬áto watch!

2. The rowing and burpee workout was the perfect combination of one exercise I’m really good at and one exercise that isn’t my strong suit. Overall, the workout wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. There’s something about seeing 100 burpees on the board. It’s intimidating!

3. How much do you love the gym? My friends and I really like it! You can tell by our conversations. Are we the only ones who do this?

4. The Fran and Reverse Fran workout was awesome today. This is how you should look after it.

5. 500 reps last Friday, 1000 tomorrow. Does that mean I get to eat twice as much Easter candy as I had last weekend? Probably not!
