CPM Week of Workouts: February 8-12

Your Strongest Muscle & Worst Enemy is Your Mind. Train in Well.
Monday: AMRAP of 15 minutes with some great bodyweight work; ‘Ring’ Push-ups, Toes to Bar and Squats. Oh by the way; a 1k Row as a buy in and a 1k Run to cash out. Two scores for the is one; total time + AMRAP.
Tuesday: (Strength Day) Clean and Jerks for the build up. Part B we pair the C+J’s with various movements of burpees, ball slams, pull-ups, row for cals, and box jumps. #cpmExcited
Wednesday: (Strength Day) Back Squat for sets of 5 reps. We take a % of your Part A and use that for Back Squats and Farmer + Rack Carry.
Thursday: 1 Minute stations of; burpee to plate, ring rows, 10m sprints, barbell lunges, KB swings… Yep that pretty much covers it.
Friday: Rounding out the week with a PT Grinder as our warmup. We there have Double Unders, Wall Balls, and 400m Runs on the menu. #tgifStyle
