It’s Friday!

April All-In Challenge (30-30-30)
Congratulations to everyone that participated in the challenge! There has been a lot of bell-ringing going on as people complete their 30th workout for the month. Some have even completed more than 30…. it’s true. Members that completed all 30 workouts will be entered into a raffle drawing for great prizes. Today, (Thursday) concludes our 30 Day CPM Class Challenge. We couldn’t be prouder of the participants.

At CPMFITness we love to be active in challenges. I mean, the workouts and yoga can be a challenge in itself.

You have to surround yourself with books, friends, television etc ..that uplift you and help you to conquer your goals and dreams. This way when you start to self-doubt, or loose site in your vision those around you will help you out of your rut and on the road to success.

CPM Workouts April 27 – May 1

Monday: Going back to Back Squats. Last time we did sets of 5 Reps was March 12th = LINK. Look for some mobility work included with each set. The second part is an intense combo of Double Unders, KB Swings and Burpees; SPEED is the key on that one!

Your Friends, Family, CO-Workers and Naysayers are everywhere. You can run, you can hide but eventually they are going to find you. And when they do, you can rest assured that they are going to inquire, ask, judge, hate, etc… about the new you.
