5 Successful “Happy” Tips
We all have lulls in our moods or our day. It is so easy to get caught up in our own pity party, but how are we going to snap ourselves out of this so we can feel better and not make the people around us miserable as well.
Here are 5 tricks & tips that add happiness to your life and creates a better environment for you all around.
#1 Find an exercise that you enjoy – Exercise raises your endorphins and when it is enjoyable for you that is a double bonus. Do an activity outside to add even more happiness to your life. You will also find fewer reasons to try to get out of doing it!
#2 DIY Projects – Make a check list of potential house projects or improvements and then save it for a rainy day or a weekend when you want to feel really accomplished. Build something, paint, putting up shelves and pictures, and organize are great ways to sweat and expend energy, all while making house more put together.
# 3 – Have Correct Posture @ Work – If you work in an office, make sure you have a comfortable, supportive desk chair or even a standing desk.
