7 No Excuse Workouts for the Holiday Season …
One of the biggest excuses people have for not working out over the holidays is that they just don’t have the time.
So Here are some quick effective workouts you can do over the next month when you’re totally stressed out and don’t have a lot of time.
Each of these workouts can be done without any equipment. In your home, at a families house, or even in the airport. So now you don’t have to trek to the gym to get the workout you are looking for and need.
The workouts themselves range from four minutes long to 10 minutes—so no matter how much time you have, you can still fit one in.
tabata (20 sec on 10 sec rest for 8 rounds)
rest 1 minute
50 burpees for time
5 min plank hold every time you drop 10 burpees
500 Jumping Jacks for time
20 2 count reverse flutter kicks
Perform each exercise as many times as possible for 1 minute; repeat entire series twice.
1 minute at each station:
Hold a perfect plank: Back flat, hips raised, abs engaged
Alternating front lunges
Alternating reverse lunges
mountain climbers (2 count so each leg)
dips off a chair

50 DB Push Press
25 Ring Rows
50 DB Split Squats
25 DB Pushups
