A Challenge Rant and Tips…

“Everyone deserves to win. No one is entitled too.”

When you have the opportunity to challenge yourself take it!


Because it can become your greatest source of inspiration.

It is typical for you to look at a particular challenge in your life and say,
“I can’t do that…”
“There is no way…”
“I never give up that…”

It’s easy to take the path of least resistance. And let’s get real, that is how a lot of our lives are set up. Remotes, microwave’s, instant access to this and that.

Successful people are where they are at in life because of one thing… They Push Through! Anyone successful in their own right has had just as many challenges (if not more) in their lives. They come up against a challenge – embrace it – And know that nobody can get through this except them. You can follow that model and be successful yourself.

When you get challenged, push through and make yourself move forward because the by-product it gives you can be a moment of brilliance. You get a chance to really change because you HAVE too.

Tips on Taking on a Challenge

Change Your Mindset. Stop resisting their is a challenge. Stop denying it. Own it. Embrace it. Challenges give you an opportunity to figure out how to succeed. Ask yourself, “How can I figure this out. How can I handle this?”
“How is this an opportunity to re-create myself?”

Positive Input. You have to stay around positive information. Your reality is the information you allow into your head and the thoughts you consistently think about. The only way you are going to upgrade your life (career/income, health/FITness, family/relationships, happiness/spirituality) is to train your brain BETTER than you train your body.

DON’T SLOW DOWN. When someone gets knocked down what do they usually do? Stay down! What do you NEED to do? Get back up and smack back! Life is a test. And a test is full of challenges. It’s not easy but it is doable. The better you train your brain and couple it with the right mindset and attitude you are arming yourself with the keys to success.
