A Habits That Make Me A Successful Fit Chic …

3 Habits That Make Me Successful:

When Mr. CPM sent me this topic for discussion this week, I knew exactly where to go with it!

For me what has made me the most successful is sticking to my 3 habits in my life that make me the most centered, feel the best, and get me to my “Super Why” the most efficiently.

#1 Start My Day with Morning Meditation:
The first thing I do when I get out of bed in the morning is 3 Full Sun Salutations. It puts my breath in focus right from the start and allows me to set my intention for the day. I then move on to my am devotion and journaling. This gets me centered and focused on the “Why” for the day and gives me clarity on the purpose.

#2 Movement – I immediately move from morning meditation and (I set a time each morning so I can’t procrastinate) I hop on the rower for my morning workout. I do something different everyday, and it makes my body feel rejuvenated, my. Brain feels aware, and my day feels off on the right foot.

#3 End the Day with Gratitude and Pre Planning – Every night before I lay my head down on my pillow I end the day with writing in my planner what needs to happen the following day. From there I write out 10 things I am grateful for that day. This gives me peace, and since I have been doing this I realized how much more relaxed I am at night and the anxiety I once let control me has now disapeared.

These simple tips and tricks have made my live life more effieciently, calmly, and create prosperity. It is the three promises I keep to myself no matter what the circumstances.
