Bring a Friend Week August 24th – 29th

What’s more fun than working out at CPMFITness? Working out at CPM with your FRIENDS! Reach out and invite them to “Bring-A-Friend Week” August 24-29. Remember the new location will be open! Our goal is for you to utilize both gyms and reach out to friends who may find the downtown location convenient. Think about your friends, family, colleagues…

CPM FIT Family Workout 3.0

A family that trains together, stays together!

We’re gearing up for our third CPMFIT Family on Saturday, August 29th, at 9:30 am at the Western Mall location. The last two family classes have been an absolute blast and we’re eager to do it again. This is a family friendly class for all ages. Spouses, kids and special friends are all welcome. Cost is $5 per family member. CPM members can use a class from their membership or choose to pay $5 and workout an extra day that week. Round up the whole family and get to the gym!

Towel Service

Have you noticed the clean, white towels in the bathrooms? We have towel service! Woot woot! You no longer have to worry about how many members are using the towel you left hanging in the bathroom accidentally 😉

Class Wait List

The class wait list feature has been implemented in our CPM client software. We are so excited! Next time you try to sign in for a full class, you will see an option to get on the wait list. If a spot opens in class, we will enroll you and you will be notified!

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. I learned a lot about rope climbing on Friday. Once I got the foot technique down, they weren’t so bad. Lesson learned…. wear socks!

2. Monday’s workout was a grip killer! I really thought I might lose my grip on the bar during the hang cleans. So then I get to Wednesday’s workout and guess what… grip killer! Chris is really lucky he wasn’t at CPM 1.0 during the noon hour. I was not a happy camper!

3. I worked out at CPM DTSF Tuesday afternoon for the rowing workout. I saw the segway 4 times during the 45 minute class. Seriously?! Click HERE if you are really bored and want to see segway fails 😉

4. We’ve got sprints in the workout tomorrow and I am super excited! For those of you in it to win it, here are some tips from Usain Bolt on “How to Win the 100m”! Click HERE.
