Tues/Thurs 8:30 am Starts This Week!
We’ve already had some excellent feedback on the addition of an 8:30 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These classes will be co-ed. Tuesday will be the CPMFIT class and Thursday will be YogaFIT and Flow. YogaFIT and Flow is not your standard yoga class. Be prepared to sweat!

April All-In Challenge (30-30-30)
Classes have been busy! We love getting to see you all a little more in April. Keep up the good work with the challenge. Don’t forget to log all of your workouts, even yoga and wreckshop. We are so impressed with your dedication and great attitudes!
CPM Olympic Lifting Class
Fridays at the gym are a blast and the Olympic Lifting class is a big part of the fun. Chris continued his discussion on the snatch and the workout at the end was great! Get this class on your schedule. You’ll love it.

Reflections, by Mother Plucker
My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.
1. Chris took a video of a few of us squatting to Dark Horse (Katy Perry song) on Tuesday. Of course, he puts it on Facebook. Not long after, we are doing HEAVY power cleans, wallballs and running. Where’s the video for that Chris? Don’t get me wrong, Dark Horse was fun but Tuesday was so much more than that. FYI… Dark Horse 2 is coming soon 😉
2. There are a lot of bromances at the gym. They don’t want to admit it but these guys plan their workouts together just like the ladies. Here are just a few that I managed to catch for a photo…
3. Jeremy and I had a little competition on Thursday. I’m a Canton C-Hawk, he’s a Lennox Oriole. Then I find out he’s a Jackrabbit while I’m a Coyote. It doesn’t end! Turns out Jeremy can row like a beast but I caught him on the doubles. We’re 1 and 1…. next week is the tie breaker!
4. Is everyone ready for the 2000 rep workout tomorrow?? Just kidding 🙂
