You may have noticed some new faces in class. These good-looking, fit friends are the Fall 2016 CDA class and they are a fantastic group. The Whole Life Challenge is over… finally! I have to admit, 8 weeks was a lot for me. I did great for the first 4 weeks and then sort of fell off the wagon. Ok, I totally fell of the wagon. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m actually happy that October is over. We can move past the Halloween candy, pumpkin this, pumpkin that and start thinking about Thanksgiving, Christmas and, let’s not forget, the rowing challenge!

So we still have this Whole Life Challenge thing going on and I have to admit I’m pretty much over it. I’m trying to maintain what I’ve gained/lost thus far but I’m tired of posting my results each night and getting a “score” for the day. So I need a new challenge. Maybe I need a challenge plan.
