Here is a great breakfast chili recipe to put your eggs to good use.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or breakfast sausage)
1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 to 3 cups veggie stock2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & diced
1 tablespoon paprika

1 25 oz jar marinara (I like Raos brand)

1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil

This is the perfect way to start your morning! It is quick, delicious, and has all the ingredients to keep you feeling great throughout the day!

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond, coconut, cashew milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon honey (omit if you don’t need)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 banana
Ice

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well combined.
