August was a big month at CPMFitness! It marked our 2 year anniversary as well as the opening of our second location in DTSF. With those milestones, we decided it was time to throw a PARTY!

Plan to be at our new DTSF location–111 S Main Ave–on Saturday, September 26th, from 4-6pm. This is a party you don’t want to miss! We’ll have food, drinks (generously provided by Cask and Cork), and some great prizes (can you say “membership upgrades”? Woo-hoot!).

We can’t wait to celebrate with you on the 26th!

100 Day Push-Up Challenge

All good things must come to an end. The push-up challenge is definitely a “challenge” right now with members completing almost 100 push-ups every day. Great job to all of you! Please update your pic on the board to be either above or below the red line so we know if you successfully completed the challenge. The final day is Monday, September 28th. Watch for an email announcing the winners!

New Class Times at CPM 1.0

We are enjoying the new class times and we hope you are too! More 45 minute classes, 5 am on Tuesday and Thursday, 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Take advantage of it!

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. Backsquats and doubles were a lot of fun on Monday. We see a lot of members struggling with tight ankles on their squat. I like this video from KStar. Click HERE to watch if your ankles are restricting your squat…. yeah, that means almost all of you!

2. A few of us have started a new 6 week lifting program. I’m going call it my 6 week eating program because that’s all I want to do when I’m lifting heavy. So hungry!

3. I noticed my Friday morning classes are looking a little slim this week. Could it be we have some members avoiding burpees? I’d like to see Chris and Annie complete their burpees in this fashion… watch HERE.

4. Finally, please join us for the party this Saturday! It’s going to be a lot of fun and you will actually get to see the coaches in non-workout attire. That’s worth it, right?
