Fun Family Workout!
Do your kids ask if they can work out with you at the gym? Well, here’s your chance to bring them! We will have a Fun Family Workout on Saturday, May 16th at 9:30 am. Cost is $5 per family member that joins you. We will have a super-fun team workout planned for your family. You will need to create an account for each family member and have them sign the Health Waiver. Here is the LINK to get you started.

Jump Rope and Supplement Order
We will be doing another jump rope and supplement order this month. Sign up on the board in the changing room. The order will be placed on May 8th. We are excited to offer a new jump rope, The Ultimate Fitness Rope. It helps you jump faster, longer and with less mistakes.

Reflections, by Mother Plucker

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. 200 m Run and 100 Doubles in 3 minutes for 3 rounds = the fastest 9 minutes of my life!

2. Sometimes I play the age card when it comes to workouts. Well now I’m going to play the weight card on the strict pull-ups. No lie, I’m pulling up at least 50 pounds more than a lot of the ladies at the gym. There, I did it. I played the weight card. Next up… the height card.

3. Big shout out to Courtney on her 145 pound overhead squat on Monday. She made it look easy!

4. I’m convinced that land mines are the secret to chiseled abs. They have made me more sore than any other ab exercise EVER. And I’ve done a lot of ab videos.
