Monday- Row, Run, Snatch, Squat and Pull-ups
Tuesday- DB squat clean + Jerk, OH lunge, Push ups and DUs
Wednesday- Halloween Surprise!!
Thursday-Pistols, MUs or Dips, HSPU or DB press, KB Swings/cleans, BJs, Squats, BOB and S2OH
Friday- Bench, Rope Climbs or Pull ups, WB and Running
