Monday- Row, Walking Lunges, Squats, BJs and Med Ball Cleans
Tuesday- DUs, Run, Burpees and Rowing
Wednesday- Power Cleans, T2B and Farmer Carry
Thursday- Ball Slam Variation and Running
Friday- Pull- Ups, Back Squat and Sit-ups
