CPM Week of Workouts: April 3 – 7

Monday: We start off the month of APRIL ☔️  with a Bang…the “Filthy Fifty”! 50 box jumps, 50 jumping pull-ups, 50 KB swings, 50 walking lunges, 50 K2E, 50 Push press, 50 Back Extensions, 50 Wall ball shots, 50 Doubles and last but not least 50 Burpee’s!

Tuesday: (Strength Day) I am not sure about you but I have really enjoyed the ?. this past month whether it was polar or grizzly? …I just liked it! Lucky for us it’s on the menu today. Part A: Bear Complex followed by a conditioning Row, Bear and Burpee Triplet!

Happy Hump Day! Today we get to work on four skills, each for 5-minutes. This is a great way to practice and push yourself to the next level. The four skills we will focus on are Toes to Bar, DB Snatch, Pistols and Rowing!

Thursday: (Strength Day) Part A: 5 RM Back Squat followed by a 18-min AMRAP of Back Squats, Farmer Carry/Rack Carry, and Doubles. Time to dust off those jump ropes!

Friday: I hope you are already ready for this one! Today we have 3-couplets. First up is Pull-ups and Thrusters (21-15-9), next Thrusters and C2B Pull-ups (15-12-9) and lastly Thrusters and Bar Muscle Ups (12-9-6). ? I know a few people who will be drooling ? over this one!
