CPM Week of Workouts: Aug 8 – 12

Monday: We start off the week with a little gymnastics and some endurance training. Part A: EMOTM of Ring Dips and Toes to Bar.  Part B:  Doubles , KB Swings, Wall balls and Burpees for Time.

Tuesday: (Strength Day) Part A: Power Cleans, 5-sets working up to 3-rep max. Part B: “The Chief” a gymnastics and weightlifting combo of 5 Rounds (3-min AMRAP) of power cleans, push-ups and squats. The one minute rest in between rounds will go by quickly! Stay focused on breathing and recovery.

Wednesday: Who doesn’t want to build and define the glutes and leg strength while burning off layers of unwanted fat? You well get just that in Part A – 6 sets of 200m Sprints. Part B – 1K Row (think fast) followed by a couplet of reverse deficient lunges and ring rows.

Thursday: (Strength Day) Shoulder, Core and Leg Triplet consisting of handstand push-ups (holds), burpees and squatting for time.

Friday: In honor of the Olympics we have 30-min AMRAP of running, Romanian step-ups, man-makers, ball slams, pull-ups, twisted Thai planks and arch rocks.
