Hope you are all ready for throwback week!  These workouts were so good we decided to pull them out of the archives. Enjoy!

Monday: (Strength Day) We start the week off with a 3-RM build-up of OH squats ❤️  then jump into a couplet of OH squats paired with pull-ups! Last did 8/31/15. Both of these movements have a lot of bang for the buck, so to speak. #letsburnsomefat

Tuesday: (Strength Day) Part A: 3-RM Deadlift build-up followed by some gymnastics, more deadlifts and doubles! 

Wednesday: Get ready to show off your double skills! First up is “Annie” = doubles + sit-ups. This couplet is designed to be a sprint!!  Then comes more goodies with 1-minute stations of wall balls, SDLHP, high box jumps, push press and rowing.

Thursday: (Strength Day) Part A: 1-RM Hang Clean followed by a 15-minute AMRAP of wall walks, hang cleans, KB swings and running. Not only will wall walks make you strong and help improve your balancing abilities, being upside down can also make you feel happier? , since the blood flow to your brain has an energizing and calming effect. 

Friday: We finish the 5-rounds Friday’s off with some KB Swings, burpees, sit-ups!
