Monday: (Strength Day) Our 3rd progression on Cleans on Monday, this time it’s about Squat Cleans! The conditioning piece will have Squat Cleans and lots of Double Unders.
**For Rowing Challenge Peeps = You are able to come to class times and just row! First come first serve. 

Tuesday: Think 4 sections for the workout. Each section is 6 minutes long. Each section starts with 800m Run’s. Each section will have a new movement to max out on with the remaining time; Pullups, Pushup’s, Squats, and Situp’s.

Wednesday: A mile in the front end and back end of this workout. The middle will have situps… Lots of them! #abCity

Thursday: (Strength Day) Push Press for triples! Then a 20 minute AMRAP of 200m (run/row), Push Presses and every 5 minutes 25 Wall Balls to get back into the AMRAP.

Friday: Burpee’s and KB Swings one starts at 2 the other starts at 20… The 2 goes up by 2 and the 20 goes down by 2 until they replace each other. It’s a killer and worthy of the term FRY-DAY!
