Monday: (Strength Day) Deadlifts are back in great way! Working towards a heavy double. In Part B we will take a % of Part A and combine Wall Balls and Toes to Bar.
**For Rowing Challenge Peeps = You are able to come to class times and just row! First come first serve.
Tuesday: Rowing, Rowing and Rowing. Varied splits to hit. Bigger classes will be partnerized. Not long distances but many and to be row’d HARD! Can’t ask for a better Tuesday.
Wednesday: Beat dat clock is back! Part A involved Row/Run, Professional Planks and Double Unders. Part B you’ve got 12 minutes to get as many KB Swings as you can. You must get through some Rowing, Push Press and Front Squat before.
Thursday: Merry XMas Eve! We will have a short schedule in the morning. Think about our popular 12 Day of XMas workout. 12 movements and the workout goes just like the song!
