CPM Week of Workouts: Dec 26-30

Monday: Hope you all had a Merry Christmas! We start off the week with a 40-minute workout of running, squatting and rope climbing. We will only be having 2 classes today, 8:30am and 9:30am at the Western Mall. 

Tuesday: Since we have really been feeling the Death by lately… we thought why not try death by Wall Ball. Yep, you read it right. We will start at 5 reps and work our way up. ?   Now that our legs are feeling like JELL-O we jump into a conditioning 5-rounds of running, KB swings and pull-ups. #yourwelcome

Wednesday: On the menu today is a 20-min AMRAP of box jumps, push-up, squats and pulls on the rower for Cals. This is going to get a lot of people really good at rowing!  #sorryNotSorryShorties ~ mrCPM

Thursday: We start things off with a little gymnastics followed by a fun choose your own adventure of single arm lunges, v-ups, KB swings. 

Friday: (Strength Day) We end the week with 1-RM of Clean & Jerks followed by a “Heavy Grace” which is 30 clean and jerks for time with a twist. This requires speed, coordination, power, strength and flexibility??

For 40 minutes:
400 meter run
2 Front Squats*
2 Rope Climbs

*Add 2 Front Squats to every round
