CPM Week of Workouts: Dec 28th – Jan 1st

Monday: (Strength Day) Bringing back the Bear in a different way. This time we work up to a 1 rep max. In Part B we add some running with different rep cycles. Looks like conditioning and strength at its finest.

Tuesday: We got some great pullup and pushup progression to build strength with your own body. Then a conditioning killer with Rowing, Kettlebell Swings, and Pullups.

Wednesday(Strength Day) Part A we are working up to a heavy 5 rep Front Squat. And in Part B we are taking a % of Part A and adding some 300m Run’s.

Thursday: (Strength Day) For last day of this fine year we are re-doing a workout we last did on 12/30/14. Running, Rack Lunges and Lateral Burpees. Oh yes!!

Friday: HAPPY NEW YEAR! Both gyms are closed for the holiday. Enjoy and see you Saturday!

This Week’s Holiday Schedule…
Monday = Normal Schedule
Tuesday = Normal Schedule
Wednesday = Normal Schedule
Thursday = All morning and Lunch time classes are scheduled; No evening classes
Friday = Closed at Both Locations.
Saturday = Normal Schedule
Sunday = No Yoga (resumes next week)
