CPM Week of Workouts: Dec 7th – 11th

Monday: Power Cleans on Monday! We will take that Pwr Clean and add some Toes to Bar and Double Under’s.
**For Rowing Challenge Peeps = You are able to come to class times and just row! First come first serve. 

Tuesday: Partner Sprints on the front and back end of the workout. The middle is pullups, pushups and air squats. Intensity and speed at its finest.

Wednesday: The true version of the Bear Complex. A series of barbell exercises that link together and complex a workout that makes your heart feel like its coming out of your chest! In a good way:)
**For Rowing Challenge Peeps = You are able to come to class times and just row! First come first serve. 

Thursday: Lets Row! Partner style. 500m row sprints one partner on other partner rests. 25 minutes worth!

Friday: It’s filthy and it’s fifty. It’s the Filthy Fifty! 10 movements with 50 reps each. Lots of working and lots of sweating. Let get it!
