Tuesday: Squat Clean, Run, Squats, Push ups
Wednesday: RUNNING!
Thursday: Split Jerk, Row, Doubles, Clean & Jerk
Friday: DB Split Squats, DB Press, DB sit ups, Row, KB swing, Box Jump
