CPM Week of Workouts: Jan 4th – 8th

Monday: 3 Couplets on Deck. DB Squat Cleans + Inverted Burpees… Row/Run + Dips… Pistols and KB Swings. Sounds like a recipe for results.
Tuesday:(Strength Day) Snatch work today. Progressing through Power, Overhead Squat and Squat Snatching. Pairing the Snatch work with Double Under’s for the conditioning Part B.
Wednesday: 20 min AMRAP. 200m runs, Pullups, Squats, Pushups and Squats. Very and effective combo!
Thursday: (Strength’esh Day) Deadlifts with Rowing on the front and Running on the back end of this workout. The middle will work the grip! Toes to Bar, Farmer Carry’s
Friday: Ladder up…. Hang Power Cleans, Ball Slams, Box Jumps… Caveat of 400m runs on the 4min marks. #tgif
