CPM Week of Workouts: July 4 – July 8

Monday: In celebration of Independence Day, we will be CLOSED! 🇲🇾
Tuesday: (Strength Day) – “The Big Clean Complex”– High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push Press + High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push Jerk + High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Split Jerk. Lets just say, its a good day to get really good at your Clean, followed by some running and lunges.
Wednesday: Nothing like starting off the day with some sprinting! Fun little build-up to get you nice and prepped for the 20-min AMRAP of wall climbs, toes to bar and box jumps. Bring your sticky fingers!
Thursday: (Strength Day) – Time to really get efficient at your Back Squats. You will get 7-attempts to work up to a 1-RM. Ending with a conditioning 5-rounds of running and burpees!
Friday: Another repeat from Sept 2015 – EMOTM of push-ups, double-unders, snatches and OH squats. We will close with some back defining pull-ups and a cardio burst of slam balls.
