CPM Week of Workouts: June 6 – 10

Monday: (Strength Day) = Thrusters! Working 5 rep sets of Thrusters from the rack. Part 2 is a leg blaster involving weighted Step-Ups and Dumbbell Thrusters with some Double Unders as a pace breaker.

Tuesday(Strength Day) = Hang Cleans! Working doubles (2 rep sets) of Hang Cleans. Then a 15 min AMRAP of Double Unders, Pullups (C2B if appropriate) and a conditioning yet heavier Hang Clean.

Wednesday: Bodyweight strength/skill work for the starter. Then we have some focused running. By looking at you will think, “I can do this on my own.” But we will tell you that you can duplicate running against others in class by yourself. Make it in for this one!

Thursday: A fun a higher skill compilation of farmer carry, burpee pullups, pushups (rings if appropriate), box jumps and rowing.

Friday(Strength Day) = Deadlifts! Deadlifts for a 1 rep max. Then a conditioning DL, Wall Ball and 200m run’s.
