CPM Week of Workouts: Nov 30th – Dec 4th

Monday: Barbell time! Working some Hang Power Cleans in the strength portion. Followed by Hang Pwr Cleans, Push Jerks and Back Squats. #strengthWillHappen
**Add Open Gym Rowing in the morning.
Tuesday: 4 minute intervals of Burpees+Pullups, Box Jumps, Manmakers and Rowing. Wait that’s quite a few intervals 😉
**Add Open Gym Rowing in the in the evening Downtown.
Wednesday: Pull-ups + Reverse Deficit Lunges + Wall Balls and we will mix in some rowing.
Thursday: Snatching for part A. Part B will include handstands and KB swings. #ChrisIsExcited
**Add Open Gym Rowing in the morning and evening.
Friday: You mean ‘Fry-Day’? We have running mixed in with (rowing for the rowing challengers), Sit-ups, KB Swings, Pushups, Box Jumps, Cleans, and Pushups.
