Monday: We’ve got our work cut out for us! And we wouldn’t have it any other way. Double Under’s to start and complete this workout. We’ve also got an 800m Run(s), Thrusters, Slam Balls, Lunges, Pushup’s and KB Cleans. #laundryList

Tuesday: Sweet Sweet Power Cleans.. Of the Strongest Kind. We will lift it and pair it with short run’s for the conditioning! #HappyTuesday

Wednesday: Simple + Challenging = Effective; And that is what will happen with 200m Run’s, Wall Balls and Wall Walks.

Thursday: TURKEY DAY!… Celebrate, Enjoy and Be THANKFUL for we are so so Blessed… The gym is closed. We will be posting an ‘At-Home Family Style Workout’. 

Friday: Its Called Row’d Kill. You will not die. You will actually really like it! In honor of the rowing challenge. Holiday Hours for Black Friday. 830a, 930a and a 1130a class. We have some open gym for the rowing challenge. And our “Black Flannel Friday” Get Together Downtown. For more details click THIS LINK.
