CPM Week of Workouts; November 2nd – 6th

Monday: Part A involves some GST (Gymnastic Strength Training) perform with Quality in mind. Part B is a short run, KB Snatches and Toe to Bar. Go fast you do get a 60sec break, but I think that makes me (and You) go harder!
Tuesday: Working up to a heavy set of 3 Hang Power Cleans and pairing it with some pushups. If competent at pushups we will encourage you to scale them up! Then we have a running and air squat Ladder up!!
Wednesday: 1 Rep Back Squat to kick off our Wednesday. Then a Running/Rowing with a Max KB Swing effort combo… Hi HIGH Heart-Rate!
Thursday: We’ve got Clean + Jerks. We’ve got 800m Run’s (2 of them). We got Pullups (for those at the WMall and able to = Rope Climbs). And we’ve got burpees!
Friday: Lots of…. Double Unders… Ball Slams…. Row for Calories… With…. And a HARD CAP at 25min. Beat the cap and get more FITness:)
