CPM Week of Workouts: Oct 12th – 16th

Monday: Lower Body work (squats, box jumps, lunges, and med ball cleans) paired with Rowing and/or Running.
Tuesday: Lots of Double Unders, Burpees, Running and Rowing… However you get to choose your own adventure on how it is accomplished.
Wednesday: Power Clean Day! Working up to a STRONG single. Followed by an AMRAP with a % of Part A, Toes to Bar and Farmer Carry’s. We are getting really good at grip!
Thursday: Incorporating the Slam Balls with various exercises (slams, tosses, squats and running) Parter Style!
Friday: Ladder Up! Pullups, Back Squats and Situps.
