CPM Week Of Workouts: Oct 26th – 30th

Monday: Objective = Rowing meters for time! We will partner’ize it. 750m splits. We will have a list of active recovery exercises/stretches you can do on our ‘rest’ break. We will break down the parts of the pull for the rower. Everything is more fun with a friend.
Tuesday: Push Press for the strength portion. Pullups (rope climbs if applicable), back squats, and lateral hops over the bar. You dare the rope climb at the WMall bring appropriate socks or chin wear:)
Wednesday: Some awesome Ab Prep for the OGW. The workout involves KB Swings, OH Walking Lunges and Box Jump AND Overs. Oh yeah!!
Thursday: Not one but TWO 15 min workouts! Both our retro workouts that we’ve done in the past. If you want to look them up it was 1/27/14 and 1/28/14.
Friday: Kinda like Monday with a single modality… But Clean and Jerks! A 20 min AMRAP with a partner. Lets just say Friday will be ROCKING!
