CPM Week of Workouts: Oct 5th – 9th

Monday: Lets Front Squat… Find a Strong set of 3… Work with your coach adjust that Front Squat Weight for a ‘doable but difficult’ amount that we can do 10 reps over 5 sets… Mix in some 200m Farmer Carry’s and have the Best Monday we’ve had in a while… What do ya say??

*Tuesday: One minute stations: Rowing, Deficit Lunges, Hang Cleans, Burpees and Ring Rows… #totalBodyGoodness

Wednesday: Deadlift time! Pick up something heavy for 5 rep sets. The conditioning piece will also involve DB Push Press, Double Under’s and the occasional 200m Runs.

Thursday: 30, 60 and 90 of alot of things (7 to be exact:)

Friday: Some Grip Training, Skills and Drills with Toe to Bar and Push up’s and a sweet Handstand and Top of the Deadlift Hold partner style! Might be my personal fav of the week!
