CPM Week of Workouts: October 19th – 23rd

Monday: Kicking off the week Partner Style! We have some buy in and cash out 200m Sprints. The meat of the workout involves Hand Release (HR) Pushups, Front Squats + Push Press (same wt) and Sit-ups. You are welcome!
Tuesday: Deadlifts more so for volume not absolute strength. Paired with Wall Climbs. Throw in is a 200m med ball run. And the OGW is more like a workout!
Wednesday: Double Tabata Fun! Think 40 sec on and 20 sec off of Ball Slams, Double Unders and Calorie Rows.
Thursday: High Volume Alert! Running, Dumbbell (DB) Squat Cleans and Burpees.
Friday: Skill/Strength work with Snatching. The sweat is going to be Overhead Squats with mandatory Box Jumps to break it up! #tgif
