Monday- HSPU, WB, Running and Rowing
Tuesday- Tempo Back Squat, Pull ups , Push ups, Air squats, Rowing and Clean and Jerks
Wednesday- Elevated Deadlift, DBLs, SDLHP (KB) and Box Jump overs
Thursday- Deficit Lunges, Running, Thrusters, V-ups and KB swings
Friday-Partner!!, Burpee Pull Ups, Man Makers and Run/Slamball/Burpee Relay
