Monday: We have a fun little trifecta of body weight goodness. Starting the week off strong with some squats, pushups (for all of you in the pushup challenge we can finish off strong) and sit-ups. So basically the perfect workout for me!

*Tuesday: We have some rowing, wall balls, and jump squats. This will be the perfect prescription for the “booty in the box”!

Wednesday: Happy Hump Day! We got a little endurance coming at you with some “Death by” sprints .. Then followed up with some abapalooza!

Thursday: We all love partner workouts and this one tops the cake … With Rowing, Double Unders, and Running it is an endurance lovers dream!

Friday: Finishing off the week with a Snatch! What better way to end the week strong than a heavy snatch followed by running?
