Quote of the week


Monday: “Strength Day” –  Part A: Snatch 1-RM build-up. Part B: 12-min AMRAP of Snatch paired with doubles! Let the fat blasting and muscle boosting begin our Thanksgiving week! 

Tuesday: A conditioning 24-min AMRAP filled with 5 T2B, 10 Ball Slams and 15 Squats. And to keep the calorie burner going, 10 burpees have been added every 4-minutes. Which means maybe one more helping of pie:-)

Wednesday: “Chipperroo” – Lots of goodies in this one! We work are way down and then build back up with running, KB swings, wall balls, pull-ups, rowing and dip. Perfect WOD before the Thankgiving Feast! You don’t want to miss this one. 

Thursday: Happy Thanksgiving! 8:30am and 9:30am classes ONLY at Western Mall. 

  • Rumor has it the average American eats around 4,500 calories on Thanksgiving. So why not come in for a pre big meal workout THE GOBBLER”. This WOD will leave you sweaty and your muscles better prepped for what’s to come!

Friday: 8:30am and 9:30am classes ONLY at Western Mall. Come and join us for a little detox!

  • Row’d Kill 3 Person Team Row 10,000m. P1: Rows P2: Sit-Ups P3: Burpees. So drag yourself out of bed, put on your gym clothes (which may be feeling suspiciously tight at the moment), and get to the gym!
