CPM Weekly Programming

You asked for it you got it!

Welcome to our 1st edition of our weekly programming guide. Our goal with these Weekly Video’s is to give you the inside information you need to get after movements/workouts you enjoy, tackle your weaknesses and/or get out of your comfort zone to try the workouts you normally wouldn’t.

Each Sunday (for Monday’s post) we will provide you the full week (Mon-Fri) of programming.

Here are basic points for the week:

Monday – Goal is to hit the grip with Pwr Cleans and Toes to Bar. With this 20 min AMRAP finding a good pace is the key. The Wall Balls will tax the heart rate.

Tuesday – Combining mental toughness with the volume, skill and mobility. You don’t want to miss this one.

Wednesday – Is a workout we will do but not that day, think next week. We’ve changed today’s, April 1st as the ALL IN Class Challenge baseline. DB Push and KB Swings with some running.

Thursday – We are taking all the suggested movements and having them done in 1 minute stations.

Friday – Those of that enjoyed last week’s “300” workout better be ready for this week’s Friday throw down. Lots of moving and reps. Best way to end the week!
*Quick Note* Our new Olympic Weightlifting Class begins today at 12:15p – 1p. Check it out!
