CPM Weekly Workouts May 11 – 15

Monday: Ab City! Running combined with 6 different ab/core movements. Challenge with this workout is to push on the runs and focus + stabilize with the core movements. Great workout to start off the week.

Tuesday: Awesome barbell and bodyweight mix. The bear complex is a series of movement with the barbell (deadlift, clean, front squat, push press, back squat) and we combine it with pull-ups, pushups and squats. Think about making heavy weight look light and light weight look heavy #protip #yoda

Wednesday: Sprints are back! Yes!! We are pairing it with pushup and finishing it off with lots of KB Swings. You are welcome.

Thursday: Its time to PT Grind… Period. The best way I explain the PT Grinder is moving yoga. Excellent day to get some mobility, flexibility and aerobic work in.

Friday: Overhead Squats and Running. Last time wee did this workout was…
