CPM Weekly Workouts: May 4 – 8

Monday: Multiple movement conditioning workout with walking lunges, KB Swings, Wall Balls, not many burpees and sandwiched by some sit-ups. Can you say 6 pack?!

Tuesday: 3 Part all different Time Domains of running + double under’s; DB Thruster + Pullups; and a ab finisher.

Wednesday: 20 minute AMRAP of 400m run repeats. Great opportunity to work with a group and push yourself on the run. Running isn’t my fav but the way this workout is built I even want to give it a go:)

Thursday: Quality Day. Push Press, KB Squats, and some Pulling. Conditioning has a some running, rowing and double under’s.

Friday: Power Snatching for triples. Then a crazy ladder up of Power Snatch, Pullups, Pushups and Squats.
