Monday: Let the X45 classes begin! We are kicking it off with a 20min AMRAP of Push Presses, KB Reverse Lunges and 200m Runs. Getting all your FITness needs covered for a Monday:)

*Tuesday: Bringing back Barbara… Lot’s of Up’s are happening: Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups and Squats. Luckily you’ve been doing all of those pushups.

Wednesday: Part A is an EMOTM of Odd minutes having Pushup’s and Double Unders and the Even with Barbell work of Snatches and Overhead Squats. Part B contains some long, medium and short sprint work.

Thursday: Deadlift triples for Part A. More (not as heavy) Deadlifts, Hang Cleans and Wall Balls for Part B.

Friday: 100m Sprints with Pullups + 100m Sprints with Burpees = TGIF
