CPM Weekly Workouts; Sept 7th – 11th

Monday: Happy Labor Day! We like to associate this fine holiday with a classic Team Workout called, “Trevor A. Win’E”. Teams of 4; 2 people working at a time to complete HIGH volume work of Pullups, Pushups, Situps and Squats. We have a special holiday class schedule of 830a and 930a classes only.

Tuesday: We are bringing you some DB Snatches, Burpee Box Jump-Overs and Toe to Bar. 3 Minute intervals with 1 min rest. You are welcome

Wednesday: Unilateral work on the lower body (candlestick/pistols/deck squats), Handstand work, and Hanging L-Sit for the abs. Followed by 1 min sets of 200m Runs, KB Swings, Thrusters, and Strict Pullups. Lots of opportunity to get stronger!

Thursday: Squat Clean work! Building up to a strong single… Followed by “Fun with Ladders” with Squat Cleans and Box Jumps. Finishing it off with some ab/core work.

Friday: Burpees, Ball Slams, Barbell Lunges and Running sandwiched with 1000m Row’s. It’s a grinder!
