CPM Workouts April 27 – May 1

Monday: Going back to Back Squats. Last time we did sets of 5 Reps was March 12th = LINK. Look for some mobility work included with each set. The second part is an intense combo of Double Unders, KB Swings and Burpees; SPEED is the key on that one!

Tuesday: Finishing off our Tuesday theme of Deadlifts and Powers Cleans with a classic workout called, D.T. Last time we did this one was 12/4/13 = LINK. The key with this workout is to learn how to keep the bar close to your body and use your hips to JUMP! Great workout!

Wednesday: ‘Fun’ combo of grip work (Farmer Carry) and shoulders and back (Renegade Rows). Followed by some Walls Balls and Pullups working the body from head to toe.

Thursday: Repeat of the 30-30 Challenge Baseline. I know we are going to have some people crush this. 4/1/15 = LINK

Friday: Our repeat workouts end with Friday’s Running and Cleans. Lots of us enjoyed this the last time we did this on 4/30/14 = LINK
