Monday: 200m Run’s with various KB movements when you come in the gym (swings, cleans, lunges and throwing in a Knee to elbow). It is a grinder. Kicking off the week right:)

Tuesday: Our 3rd installment of Tabata Tuesday’s featuring the ‘Slam Ball’. Slams, pushups, burpee’s to name a few.

Wednesday: We’ve our 2nd Ever Inaugural Workout happening this Wednesday. August 1, 2013 was ourInaugural Workout for CPMFITness. Wednesday will be our Inagural Workout for CPM 2.0 Downtown. We have 10 movements of: DB Snatch, lunges, Front Squats, Push Press, etc…

Thursday: Also our 3rd installment of Cardio Kind Thursday’s involved a longer sets of rowing. We will partner this up. It been a fun last two Thursday’s for me personally, I’m looking to finish this Thursday cycle STRONG! You??

Friday: We’ve 3 couplet’s ready to go! Rope Climbs (Pullup scale)/DB Snatches + WB Carry Run/Wall Balls + Deadlifts/Box Jumps. I’m liking the looks of these combo’s!
