CPM Workouts: August 3rd – 7th

Strength is the ability to break a chocolate bar into four pieces with your bare hands and then eat just one of those pieces.  

 

Monday: We have pull-ups, medball situp toss and burpees on the menu for Monday. Not too mention running and the front and back end of the rounds.

Tuesday: If you liked last week’s Tabata then you will LOVE this week’s. Called TBT (Total Body Tabata), KB Swings, Hang Cleans, Squat Plate Pusher’s and Toe to Bar. #goGetIt

Wednesday: Strict Press is up for the strength session. And a Sprint, Wall Ball and Cal Row for the ‘condish’ (conditioning:) Key is in the transitions on this one! #moveSwiftly

Thursday: Running intervals of 800’s and 200m’s were last week. Got to admit they were a lot of fun (did I just say that; Thanks Luke!) . We will take it to the rower this week. Partner Style. #chooseWisely

Friday: The “Goat” was last week. The rest of the farm is coming this week. Frog Jumps, Monkey Hang, Komodo Dragon Pushup, Crab Crunch… Just know your abs will scream for mercy but you will like the byproduct.
