CPM Workouts for the Week: June 15 – 19

You must get frequent before you get great.
Monday: Big #’s can scare or excite you depending on your perception of it. This workout can be more of a mental challenge than a physical. Regardless, this is a great blend of total body movements of running, Overhead Squats, Sit-ups, Double Under’s, Sumo DL High Pulls, and Box Jumps.
Tuesday: Annie and I have been programming for a long time. This workout goes waaay back to November of 2009, 11/12/09 to be exact. Some of you were with us then, it will be great to give this a go again. Be ready for Turkish Get Up’s, Knees to Elbow and some KB Swings.
Wednesday: 5 rounds of 3 minute sets of 300m running and MAX Man Makers. No surprises there.. ha! Actually a great setup to push you and keep you motivated to better your numbers and yourself.
Thursday: Don’t miss Thursdays for the next few weeks. It will give you a chance to re-do it 2 more times! Yep, we will do this workout 3 Thursday’s in a row. Awesome chance to test you vs. you. Thinking running, pushups, squats and pull-ups.
Friday: Google Jackie workout. Then imagine what else we can do with it… Then come to class and find out! GREAT TGIF workout.
