Instead of giving myself reasons why I can’t I give myself reasons why I CAN.  


Monday: Smooth and consistent is the name of this workouts game. High volume running, pullups, dips and air squats.

Tuesday: Various HIGH intensity intervals from the warmup, workout to the finisher at the end. Short bouts of high output followed by minimal breaks. Thrusters and Pullups are the main course.

Wednesday: Front Squats are the strength session. And a beat dat clock with 4 minute rounds of KB Swings, Double Unders and 400m Runs.

Thursday: Running intervals of 800’s and 200m’s… Aren’t you glad the mall is air conditioned;-)

Friday: Bringing back the “Goat”. We have a big list of movements you like, dislike and want to improve upon and you get to choose what to put in your workout. Fun and effective way to finish our the work week!
