CPM Workouts: July 6 – 10

Monday: Combining the upper body (shoulders) with seated DB Press; The Middle (Abs) with Toes to Bar; And finally the Lower Body (Legs) with Pistols. In a 16 minute AMRAP with a pace breaker of Double Under’s. Talk about a post holiday comeback workout:)
Tuesday: Hitting some strength with a session of Deadlifts to find a STRONG 5 rep set. Followed by Rowing, Hand Release Pushups and Pullup’s (Chest to Bar if applicable). Hang on to the bar and your excitement until then!
Wednesday: Think Slam Balls and Handstand Holds for Wednesday. It will attack the entire body, starting with the CORE.
Thursday: Descending the running distance and the time with a ‘beat dat clock’ setup. There will be power cleans with a buy of box jumps. Does any of this make sense? Don’t worry it’s a great workout!
Friday: We’ve got Back Squats for the 1st part and some Pullups, KB Step Up’s and Swings for the 2nd part.
