Monday: We will use running and rowing along with a few of our favorite movements (Barbell Lunges, KB Swings, Ring Rows Goblet Squats, Wall Balls and Burpees) in a descending count to get your holiday weekend started off properly.

Tuesday: In light of the Pushup Challenge we will have a session of Weighted Pushups for the strength portion of class. Then we combine 400m run repeats with various types of max pushups in between sets. Fellas this is the Tank Top workout of the week!

Wednesday: Front Squat + Jerks will be our strength component for Wednesday. Followed by a 2 part workout of 30 Clean and Jerks and then a Farmer Carry finisher with a KB Swing Penalty. Again another Tank Top Opportunity:)

Thursday: Our last of the 3 week PT Test. We’ve had many drastically improve from week 1 to week 2. Here is you last opportunity to gauge how you can do on a mile run, max sets of pushups, pullups, situps and squats. Good luck!

Friday: Quick Reminder on Friday our last class of the day is the 1130a due to the holiday. Make sure you plan accordingly. We’ve got a great pre-holiday workout of high skilled gymnastic movements of handstands, pistols, and pullups. No worries, we have various appropriate scales if needed.
