CPM Workouts: June 8 – 12

Monday: Awesome combination of Ring Pushups and Front Squats! These types of pushups are more high skill and dynamic, be sure to challenge your pushups if the rings are not ready for you yet. And we have an official finisher listed of sit-ups and burpees.

Tuesday: Part A involves some partner rowing sprints. Brief and powerful. Choose your partner wisely:) Part B is a pairing of STRONG Hang Power Cleans with Wall Balls.

Wednesday: 4 Rounds of 4 min AMRAPS of Ab City! Toe to Bar, Slam Balls, Wt Situps. Hello 6 Pack!

Thursday: Grip work on the front end with Bar Hang and KB Swing work. Overhead Squats and Running on the back end. I wouldn’t miss this Thursday!

Friday: Finishing out our Friday theme of buying in to beat the clock we have farmer carry’s and handstands followed by another 1k row with Pullups, Box Jumps… I’m also excited for this one!
